My family and I are going to Virginia Beach this summer for vacation and researching things to do. Do you have any suggestions of fun, interesting and not terribly expensive ($25/person or less) to do or see in the VA Beach, Portsmouth, Norfolk, Hampton Roads areas? We were considering the Aquarium, Nauticus and Virginia Zoo. Also any ideas for good places to eat would be appreciated. Thanks!

We are planning a summer vacation. I would like to visit Savannah Ga for a couple of days and then spend the next 3 or 4 days at a beach not to far from savannah. We DONT want to go into Florida as we are driving from Virginia. What is a good family beach to visit with fun things to do for teens as well as adults? We are looking for a beach with hotel/motels not condos/rental houses.
