Two of my friends and I are planning a trip to Europe for this summer. We’re planning on going to two or three countries and will probably be staying in youth hostels. Only one of us will be 18. Will it be really difficult or possibly unsafe for three girls to travel alone?

I hate Air planes, I mean they are expensive and I’m really scared of flights. I have once taken a flight from Europe to U.S. and I was up there for 17 hours. It sucked. I never went to restroom, and I kept praying the plain won’t go down.
Are there any other ways to travel to Europe, I mean I know the only way left is by sea but are there any cheap ways ships can take me to Europe? not a cruise, you know like the old times when people would travel with ships

I will be going with a group to travel to Europe or Asia. But I don’t know if Asia would be a good start for a beginner, because I hear Asia ( Japan,Hong kong, Thailand and China) would be a bit difficult and is more for an experienced traveler.

Also looking for nothern FL beach sites and things to do to relax on 12 day trip staying in Dothan, yet willing to travel to FL as long as it is not that far. Tampa and Clearwater are too far, as I am handicapped and cannot ride in the car that long. I’d prefer warm beach sand, spa treatments and quiet, yet trendy places. Any help out there? We live in Michigan and I cannot stand the weather, but are visiting our daughter and three grandchildren. My daughter and I want to escape 2-3 days to relax and leave kids with grandpa and dad….arriving AL December 21 and leaving Jan 2.
